Assistant Operator is an entry level position that provides operational support and assistance to senior members of the crew. Assistant Operators are involved in rig up, assist in workovers, and assist in rig out procedures. Safety is a top priority during all snubbing operations.
Snubbing operators are involved in all service operations conducted on a snubbing unit. Operations include: rig - up, workovers and completions, and rig out. Operators are also responsible to ensure crew safety, provide training to new crew members and to maintain compliance with industry practices
Snubbing Supervisors oversee all snubbing operations and they are the leader of the crew. They ensure a safe work environment and maintain appropriate work practices and procedures. Snubbing Supervisors work closely with customers to ensure smooth operations. Supervisors also oversee all crew training.
